Back to the grind

I really want one of these. at 48k I only have to come up with $47,999.01!

After having spent the last 7 days playing with Fords in Tulsa and again in Detroit, it is finally time to get back in the shop. I have so many projects, I don’t even know where to get started. Here is a quick rundown of what I have going on-

1997 Buick Park Avenue- Yeah, this one just frustrates the hell out of me. I onyl recently acquired this car from my mom. It was my dad’s before he passed away last year. It has 338,000 miles on it and the motor locked up last Sunday. Now I have to replace it or junk it. Since there is still life left in the car, I am going to replace it. Besides that, it is a Buick and I don’t like junking Buicks. Hopefully I can find a nice low-mile supercharged 3800 V6, which will drop right in. That should pep it up a bit.

Buttered Toast- The wagon needs to be tuned before I can start driving it everyday. That means scheduling the dyno session and getting it there. Maybe next week…

Comet Wagon- I need to start the IRS install. I have the orignal rear out of the car and all the parts to put the IRS in. Why is it that I have not done it yet?

I’m getting tired just thinking about all this work. Maybe I’ll just go to bed instead.
